    The location is central. The staff is helpful and well-trained, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. I have stayed in a deluxe room with climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV.

    A bit overpriced breakfast, it should be far better.

    We loved the beautiful view of Manila Bay from our room. The staff at the Executive Club were good and attentive. The teenagers enjoyed lounging at the Tap Room while enjoying live music, and we appreciated the shuttle service to Intramuros.

    In my wife's opinion, breakfast was chaotic and poorly organized. They need to improve how they manage dining on busy mornings.

    Charming old and tidy place, delightful view of the sunset. Easy and nice location for visiting restaurants and bars. Walking distance to a shopping centre and a market across the street. So supportive employees at Check-out.

    I loved staying at this hotel because it was just a short stroll away from Rizal Park and Museo Pambata, both offering beautiful views and a rich historical experience. The hotel also has spacious and comfortable rooms that really added to the relaxing vibe after a day out walking the city.
